Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Warm or Hot Bamboo or \"Bamboo-fusion\" massage incorporates different lengths and diameters of bamboo sticks and stones. Warmed smooth bamboo, is integrated into a flowing Swedish massage. It brings the warming, soothing effect of being relaxed. This particular massage is a big deal in Europe and the islands. The pressure can be as light or deep to fit your comfort level.

Hot stone massage is said to have health benefits for people with:

• poor circulation.
• rheumatic and arthritic conditions.
• fibromyalgia.
• back pain.

This non-invasive treatment has become very popular recently.  It has it’s PERKS…no downtime, inflammation, scarring or trauma to the body.
